Are you officially employed in France? Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, I work completely legally. I'm registered as an Auto-entrepreneur in France and have a SIRET number, which you can verify in the official registry.
For each project, we sign a contract (contrat de prestation de services). You receive official invoices (factures), which you can use in your business's accounting department. Everything is transparent and legal.
How does payment work?
We typically work with a 30-50% deposit to kick off the project. The remaining amount is broken down into stages (for example, after design approval, after development is complete). This is safe and convenient for both parties. Payment is accepted to my French bank account (virement).
How long will it take to create a website?
The timeframe depends on the complexity:
Landing Page / Business Card Website: 2-4 weeks
Corporate Website / Small Store: 1-2 months
Complex Web Application / CRM: from 2 months (discussed individually)
I always allow time for approvals and revisions so we don't work in a rush.
Do you do the design yourself or should we provide layouts?
I offer a full service, including design. We can take two approaches:
Custom design: I develop a unique layout specifically for your brand from scratch in Figma. You make edits, approve them, and only then do we begin layout.
Standard solution: If your budget is limited, we can use a high-quality ready-made template (theme), and I will adapt it to your style and needs.
What if I need help six months after the website is delivered?
I don't abandon clients after the project is delivered. I have support plans, or we can negotiate one-time improvements. You can always contact me, and I'll get back to you quickly, as I already know the project inside out.
